Privacy notice

This notice explains what Scaled Demand does with the details you give us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the form on our contact page we receive your first and last name, your work email, your company, and anything you choose to add: your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That means replying to you, preparing the buyer map you asked for, and arranging a call if you want one. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. Reply stop at any time and we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have a record if you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. Only the people at Scaled Demand who handle your request can see them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to vanessa.nelson@scaleddemand.co or use the contact form and we will act on it promptly.
